- Students should follow punctuality and regularity in attending the general assembly and classes.
- Students are restricted to leave the campus during college hours.
- Students are informed to maintain silence and make use of library resources without any destruction.
- Students are informed to follow the instructions strictly during tests/examinations.
- Students are penalized when they violate the rules and regulation of the institution.
- Students shall maintain the dignity and promote harmonious relationship with everyone in the campus.
- Co-ordination and co-operation of students with their peer and faculty members helps in successful organization of programs and events.
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
- Staff always maintains the values of professional ethics
- All the staff members maintain harmonious relation with their colleagues
- Faculties work compatibly irrespective of position, gender or status with the institutional hierarchy.
- Staff members maintain confidentiality in conducting examinations.
- They take pride in their profession and maintain the respect and dignity.
- Faculties maintain the institutional practices which would satisfy the vision and mission of the institution.
- Maintains confidentiality of information about the institution.
- Staff members shall take appropriate action for the act of misconduct of the students.
- Every staff member would carry out their responsibilities assigned proving themselves best out of it.
- Faculty shall avoid the use of offensive language towards the fellow teachers, parents and student teachers.
- Faculty shall motivate their students with the feeling of comfort and support in all the programmes and activities.
- Staff members ensure good classroom management.
- They complete the syllabus in stipulated time and technical tests are conducted periodically.
- Perfect valuation of answer scripts is done.
- Special attention is carried out for the weak students in academic performances.
- Faculty development programmes are conducted frequently to refresh them.
- IQAC, AQAR, SSR and other NAAC related activities are followed with proper instructions.
- They also maintain eco-friendly behavior and cleanliness in the campus.
PROFESSOR/ASSOCIATE PROFESSORS
- Providing training to the junior faculty members.
- Creating favorable research environment for the research and development activities.
- Guiding and monitoring the staff members for writing books and publication of research papers.
- Guidance for the post graduate students to prepare the research proposals.
- Contribution of research work and other responsibilities for the upliftment of the institution
- To co-ordinate and review the IQAC, AQAR, SSR and NAAC related activities.
- Organizing seminars, workshops and conference with the co-operation of resources persons for the welfare of the B.Ed. and M.Ed. students.
- Development of resource materials for the process of hands-on training.
PRINCIPAL/ADMINISTRATORS
- Responsible for the regulation of academic and general administration
- Monitoring and implementing the procedures for the successful function of the institution.
- Supervising the regularity and discipline of administration and academic faculty members.
- Monitoring all the works of non-teaching staff regarding admission procedures, fees collection, salary payments, accounts, auditing, etc.
- Maintaining all the infrastructure facilities, such as furniture for classroom, laboratory equipment’s, transport facilities, pure drinking water, etc.
- Maintain cordial relations with management, faculties, students and parents.
- Immediate response given for all the communication received from TNTEU.
- Planning and execution of all the activities regarding NCTE, IQAC, AQAR, SSR and other important agencies of education.
