- To organize workshops and training sessions that enhance students’ employability skills, including communication, teaching methodologies.
- To guide students in creating effective resumes and cover letters that reflects their skills, experiences, and aspirations.
- To establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges ensuring a diverse range of employment opportunities for students.
- To provide personalized career counselling to students, helping them identify their strengths, career interests, and suitable job roles.
- To inform students about the various career paths available in the education sector, including teaching, administration, curriculum design, educational technology, and research.
- To regularly collect and analyse placement data, ensuring continuous improvement in the placement process and outcomes.
