Objectives:

The committee strives to cultivate a culture of integrity and ethical conduct within the organization. It makes sure that everyone understands and follows the code of ethics. It also evaluates, updates the code and related policies to keep them appropriate and effective in responding to ethical challenges.

Functions:

• It Provides guidance on the institution's code of conduct and ethics to new staff members and freshers during the orientation program.
• It ensures the complete understanding of the code of conduct and ethical responsibilities by the students and faculty members.
• It provides confidential reporting mechanism through Grievance Redressal and Internal complaint Cell for unethical behaviour.
