The institution has evolved a beneficial and effective mechanism to find out the grievance of the students. Grievance redressal cell has been formed to provide solution for the grievances and problems faced by the students in the campus which arises then and there. The Grievance cell is authorized to consider the issues of harassment and genuine grievances in person.

POLICY:
 

• To encourage the students to express their grievances without any fear or hesitation.
• To inform the students about the availability of Grievance Redressal form in website and that can be dropped in the complaint box.
• To provide instructions to the students in maintaining the rights and their dignity.
• The grievance shall be redressed immediately depending on its nature.
• The grievance pertaining to academic and internal evaluation shall be redressed at principal level.
• To ensure the issues raised are dealt with courtesy and resolved in stipulated time.
• To develop an adequate and appropriate organizational framework to address and resolve grievance with impartial and fair approach.
• The committee thoroughly examines the nature and pattern of grievances in a confidential manner.

FUNCTIONS:

To create and implement a mechanism to handle the reported grievances.

• The grievances will be attended promptly on receipt of written grievances from the students.
• To make the necessary arrangements for receiving the grievances in relation to administration, academics, evaluation etc.
• After receiving the grievances, the committee will take necessary steps for redressal.
• The Grievance Redressal Cell will receive all the issues and will act as early as possible.
• The problems attended are duly followed by Grievance Redressal Cell, before furnishing the final report.
• To accept the genuine grievances from the students and suggest remedial measures to solve in the stipulated period of time.
• It also encourages the students to express their grievances/ Problems freely and frankly without any fear of being victimized.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM:
 

A grievance Redressal cell has been reconstituted in every academic year by the principal and the higher authorities. The following faculty members are appointed to address the complaints and suggestions received from the students.
