Roles and responsibilities of the Governing Council Members

The council works on developing and managing the implementation of long-term strategic plans for the college, including academic programs, infrastructure development, and institutional growth. The Council is also responsible for formulating the policies of the institution, establishing the vision and mission statements and monitoring the performance of the institution. The council members with their enormous academic and administrative experience ensure the effectiveness and promotion of academic plans of the institution from time to time. The council suggests allocation of resources such as funding, facilities, and equipment in accordance with institutional priorities and strategic objectives. The governing council meeting was conducted twice in a year.
