The guidance and counselling cell is built to support students in identifying their strength and areas for growth. The cell helps in exploring career paths and setting goals, receiving academic guidance, and enhancing conflict resolution and relationships.

Functions:

• Provide individual counselling to address personal concerns, explore solutions, and offer emotional support.
• Tackle common issues, encourage peer support, and promote shared learning.
• Organize educational events on personal development, mental health, and career planning.
• Evaluate individual needs and areas for growth.
• To explore career options, set educational goals, and plan for future success.
• Connect individuals with external resources like mental health professionals or academic advisors for specialized support.
• Gather feedback on counselling services and monitor progress to ensure continued support and effectiveness.
