On 23rd November 2024, first year B.Ed. and Second year M.Ed. students of PPG College of Education took the Anti-Drug Oath as part of the college’s efforts to promote awareness about the dangers of drug abuse.
The event began with an inspiring address by the Principal, Dr. N. Chitra, who emphasized the importance of maintaining a drug-free society and urged students to act as ambassadors of this noble cause. Mrs. D. Anitha, Assistant Professor, solemnly pledged to stay away from drugs and spread awareness about its harmful effects among peers and the community. The oath-taking ceremony was a symbolic yet impactful step in fostering a sense of responsibility and commitment to societal well-being.
