On 14.05.2024, the Placement Cell of our college organized a campus interview specifically for the B.Ed. II Year students. This event marked an important milestone for the students, offering them an opportunity to step into the professional world of teaching.

Panel Members: The interview panel was composed of esteemed members including:

1.    The Principal (PPG COE)             -     Dr.N.Chitra
2.    Placement Officer                 -     Mrs.S.Uma Maheswari 
3.    Representative from Yuva Junior Kids     -     Mrs.Sangeetha
4.    Representative from Navy Children School   -     Mr.P.Manoj kumar

Evaluation Criteria:

Each candidate underwent a thorough evaluation based on the following key criteria:

• Academic Qualifications: The panel reviewed the academic records of each candidate to ensure they met the educational standards required for teaching roles.
• Teaching Aptitude: Candidates were assessed on their teaching aptitude, including their ability to engage students and effectively deliver educational content.
• Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively was a major focus, as it is crucial for a successful teaching career.
• Overall Suitability for Teaching Roles: The panel considered the candidates' overall readiness and suitability for the teaching profession, considering their passion, dedication, and interpersonal skills.

Outcome:

Out of all the candidates interviewed, 15 students were successfully selected for teaching positions at the participating institutions. These students demonstrated exceptional qualifications and potential, making them the top choices for the available roles.
This campus interview was a significant achievement for the B.Ed. II Year students, providing them with a platform to launch their teaching careers and contribute to the education sector. The Placement Cell continues to strive towards creating such valuable opportunities for students, bridging the gap between academic learning and professional employment.
