Mrs. S.Umamaheswari, Asst. Professor and Ist year B.Ed students distributed Kabasura kudineer to the people in and around the Rathnagiri Murugan Temple after getting permission from the Temple-in-charge. Student teachers made them aware of the benefits of the herbal drink. They informed that it is mainly used to manage respiratory infections, including cold, cough, fever, flu, bronchitis and similar diseases. They also made them aware of the health and hygienic conditions, to be followed for a healthy and successful life. This herbal drink was also given to the students of PPG College of Nursing and Physiotherapy.
Programme outcome: Student teachers informed the benefits of herbal drink.
