PPG College of Education and PPG College of Arts and Science, under the PPG Group of Institutions, jointly celebrated Graduation Day at the College Auditorium in Coimbatore on 05.07.2026. A total of 500 graduates received their degrees during the ceremony.

Dr. N. Panchanatham, Vice-Chancellor of The Gandhigram Rural Institute (Deemed to be University), attended as the Chief Guest and delivered the Graduation Day Address.

The function was presided over by Dr. L.P. Thangavelu, Chairman of the PPG Group of Institutions. The ceremony was held in the presence of Mrs. Shanthi Thangavelu, Correspondent, Mr. Akshay Thangavel, Vice Chairman, Dr. N. Muthumani, Principal of PPG College of Arts and Science, and Dr. N. Chitra, Principal of PPG College of Education.

The programme commenced with an invocation, followed by the welcome address. The Heads of Departments from both colleges presented the candidates for the conferment of degrees, after which the graduates took the Graduation Pledge administered during the ceremony. The programme concluded with the Graduation Day Address by the Chief Guest and the National Anthem.

Addressing the graduates, Dr. N. Panchanatham congratulated the graduands and stressed the importance of integrity, innovation, and service to society. He urged them to uphold the values imparted by the institution and contribute meaningfully to nation-building.

In his presidential address, Dr. L.P. Thangavelu highlighted the institution's commitment to academic excellence, skill development, and the holistic growth of students. He also appreciated the dedication of the faculty members and acknowledged the support extended by parents in the success of the graduating students.

The principals of both colleges presented the annual reports and extended their felicitations to the graduates, parents, and staff members. The management, principals, faculty, and students of the PPG Group of Institutions congratulated all the graduates on achieving a significant milestone in their academic journey.
