Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) Meeting was conducted on 16 September 2026 for the parents of the newly admitted B.Ed. and M.Ed. students. The meeting was organized to warmly welcome the parents and to introduce them to the academic environment, facilities, rules, regulations, and various activities of the institution.

The meeting began with a welcome address by the faculty coordinator. Dr.N.Chitra, Principal of the Institution addressed the gathering and welcomed the newly admitted students and their parents. The importance of parental support and cooperation in the academic and personal development of the students was highlighted.

The faculty members introduced themselves and briefed the parents about the B.Ed. and M.Ed. programmes, curriculum, teaching-learning process, attendance requirements, internal assessment, examinations, practical activities, internships, assignments, and co-curricular activities. The parents were also informed about the expectations of the institution regarding students' regular attendance, punctuality, discipline, academic involvement, and active participation in institutional activities.

The parents were given an opportunity to interact with the faculty members and clarify their doubts regarding the programmes and academic procedures. The faculty members explained the various support systems and facilities available for students and encouraged parents to maintain regular communication with the institution regarding their wards' academic progress.

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to establish a positive relationship between the parents and teachers at the beginning of the students' academic journey. The parents expressed their appreciation for the arrangements made by the institution and assured their cooperation in supporting the students' academic progress and overall development.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks. The PTA meeting was successful in creating a healthy and collaborative relationship among the institution, teachers, students, and parents.
