PPG College of Education organized the Alumni Meet – 2026 on 04 July 2026, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., at Seminar Hall – II. The programme was organized with the objective of reconnecting with alumni, strengthening the bond between former students and the institution, and providing a platform for them to share their experiences and achievements.

The programme commenced with a Welcome Address delivered by Dr. R. Gomathilatha, who warmly welcomed the alumni, faculty members, and students. She expressed her delight at seeing the alumni return to their alma mater and highlighted the importance of maintaining lifelong relationships with the institution.

A total of 40 alumni enthusiastically participated in the event. During the interactive session, they shared their memorable experiences, learning journeys, and career achievements after completing their studies at PPG College of Education.

The programme also showcased the talents of the alumni. They actively participated in various cultural activities and displayed their talents through songs, speeches, and dance performances, creating a joyful and nostalgic atmosphere.

As a mark of appreciation and encouragement, certificates and awards were presented to the Class Toppers of the B.Ed. and M.Ed. programmes from the 2020–2022, 2021–2023, 2022–2024, and 2023–2025 batches. These awards recognized their academic excellence and celebrated their outstanding achievements.

The Alumni Meet concluded with the National Anthem, bringing the programme to a memorable and patriotic close. The event strengthened the relationship between the institution and its alumni, rekindled cherished memories, and inspired the present students to strive for excellence in their academic and professional lives.
